Today is the 39th birthday of Sean Paxton, a.k.a. The Homebrew Chef. Sean is an alchemist in the kitchen and puts on some wonderful food and beer spectacles. Plus he’s a terrific homebrewer, an even better human being and a great friend. Join me in wishing Sean a very happy birthday.

Gotta respect a guy who can rock the beard with such style! (And his daughter is adorable.) Happy birthday to Mr. Paxton!

Happy Birthday Sean! The perfect day for you to crack open a nice aged bottle of hmm.. Pannepot? Westvleteren? Make it count.
Cheers!

Happy Birthday! Sean

May I suggest a chocolate cake made with Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence Stout, Three Philosophers ice cream on the side, and any beer you’d like.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had, ever, was at a Sean Paxton dinner. Happy Birthday Sean!
