My hieroglyphics deciphering leads me to believe that the perp is either:
a)”Dr Kip”;
b) someone with initials “DKP”; or
c) someone named Don who did his 1st name in a single stroke

Loox like 3 intended strokes of the Sharpie – the slightly elongated “dot” could be accidental or deliberate; if deliberate, then the evidence points to (a)
