This was taken at the Toronado Barleywine Festival. On the left is Fred Bowman, co-founder of Portland Brewing Co., and on the right is Vic Krajl, owner of The Bistro, a great beer bar in Hayward, California. They are framed in the back by the beer list for the festival and I love their positioning, as if the sea of people has parted to allow them entrance. Also, today is Fred's birthday
