The portrait of Rob and Kurt Widmer and their wives was taken at the Oregon Brewers Festival. The Widmer Brothers own the eponymous brewing company that pioneered American-style hefeweizen and were early sponsors of this great event. Their unusual posing is due to my having also taken a stereo photograph of them just a moment before. They were trying to create more depth of field to take advantage of the three-dimensional effect but I thought it also worked in two dimensions.
