		<description>I totally agree with you Jay, I was a 19-year-old enlisted man in the Navy, helping plan nuclear bomb runs for Navy pilots (like McCain) on Eastern Europe and Russia as far inland as Moscow from ships in the Mediterranean.  I had a top secret clearance and the Navy trusted me with major nuclear secrets.  But could I drink a beer legally after work?  Nope.  Had to use a false ID, making me some kind of felon.
