I think you nailed it right on the head with this one...when I stumbled upon Here's to Beer I was taken back at how bad they were missing the market and you captured it perfectly leaving little for me to explain. Nice Work!

I find it difficult to trust this campaign. AB has a history of trying to destroy competition including small brewers. Now that small brewers' sales are up and macro beer sales are down, AB wants all brewers to help bail out AB sales figures? HAH! If one considers that AB holds 50% of all US beer sales, when anyone helps the HtB campaign, half the value would go to AB. Of course they want everyone to help push their sales. I am disgusted. Oh, 50% of US sales isn't enough?

Count me as prefering Lyle Lovett.

Years ago, the United States Brewers Association stepped up and used this generic sort of approach in promoting beer. I don't see any current organization that has filled this void. Oh, there might be one or two, but it's gonna cost you.

If A-B's approach can help give beer a shot in the arm, and I mean all segments of the industry, why not give them a chance?

With daily reports of the ever-increasing encroachment of wine and spirits on the beer sector, anything -- from anyone -- might help.

HEY! I knew about the new site design way before you guys did! :)

I've luckily been in a position to watch it evolve from very little into the form it is currently. As a supposed web programmer, I find it funny that there are no page titles currently and my favorite videos besides the funny Genghis Khan video are the "accountant", "doctor", "lawyer" and "engineer" filler videos that are on still available on the beer connoisseur page!

Jay,

You will be happy to learn that Albertson's stores in Southern California have been using the HtB POS for over six months now.
