I was listening to The Sunday Session on The Brewing Network a few weeks ago. They had on one of the brewers at Shlafly Brewing in St Louis, MO. He made a point to say don't be too surprised if it falls through. With credit markets being what they are right now. Who is to say that InBev can raise all the capital to complete the purchase.
