However, there is no such thing as a "beer molecule" so I'm not sure what this is actually depicting. There are water molecules, ethanol molecules, cohumulone molecules, ethyl acetate molecules, etc, but no single "beer" molecule. Still, that's real purty. :) It looks a little like a Spirograph masterpiece. That is pretty cool-looking.
