		<description>Thanks for noticing, I wondered if you would notice this.  I saw it on the news out here and honestly was surprised that it failed and more importantly that i heard nothing of it until yesterday.  We are a very conservative state with regard to gov&#039;t intervention so this doesn&#039;t surprise me that much.  We do have a large problem with underage drinking so there was a potential there and with the passage of a no smoking law last year we have loosened our conservative belts but it is good that common sense won out.  Thanks again.</description>
