During the existence of the brand, Heileman was purchased by Stroh, which continued to contract brew the "Oregon" brands at the Portland plant. At some point, the OO beers (or maybe just "beer" by then, I think the IPA was the last one to survive) *were* brewed elsewhere - probably, since Stroh and the Portland brewery closed in '99, by Miller or Pabst for a few years.
