		<description>I find it interesting that a lot of the &quot;libertarian Republican&quot; states in the south have the most stringent beer laws. They want the government out of their lives, but then put an alcohol % cap on their beers. (Alabama 6%; Georgia 14% cap; Mississippi 6%; Oklahoma 4%abv; W.Virginia 6%.) It&#039;s the reason that the south can&#039;t put together a decent beer culture.

Also, isn&#039;t it ironic that Kansas has some of the most restrictive alcohol laws and Missouri has some of the most lax, and they are right on each other&#039;s borders.</description>
