		<description>It strikes me that the situations of alcohol, drugs and guns are very similar: some folks want them whilst others don&#039;t like them and don&#039;t want those who want them to have them.  Also, prohibition works poorly in keeping those who want these things from getting them.  Similarly, the things themselves aren&#039;t bad, though their misuse often is.

There&#039;s an old saying, &quot;Big dogs must eat&quot;. It&#039;s corollary is: &quot;The little ones won&#039;t willing starve either&quot; that the nanny-staters wold do well to recall when trying to deprive citizens of their druthers.</description>
