Interesting triple whammy:
Cheapest: Who’d want to go to most of those places?
Priciest: match the cost of getting there; at least 4 have big Muslim influence; & unless you’re filthy rich, who’d want to go to at least half of them? Not to mention that most of those places are unfit for human habitation climate-wise (for those of us who live in the SF Bay Area) 60-75%+ of the year, especially those in the tropical zones.
