The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) has produced a couple of PSA videos about safe drinking during the holiday season. The latest, How To Throw A Party is hilarious. With wonderfully cheesy music, faux grainy 8mm school film quality, and purposely groovy language it manages to get across a relatively good message about safe drinking over the holidays and even includes some decent party tips.
