Lunch at Tria

March 7, 2008

After visiting Triumph Brewing’s Philadelphia location, we headed for a lunch at Tria’s newest location at 1137 Spruce Street. Tria is a modern restaurant that features a trio—hence its name—of fermented goodies: beer, wine and cheese. Tria also operates an off-site school that teaches both staff and consumers about all three comestibles.

Tria’s modern, but friendly, bar.

Owner Jon Myerow.

Our delicious lunch sandwich and salad.

Paired with the delightful Italian saison Nuova Mattina.

And our dessert of chocolate delights.

Paired with a South African herbal blossom mead made, Makana Iqhilika.
