Today’s infographic is courtesy of Travel Insurance, and is entitled A Beer Tour of America. It’s geared toward the big boys and a few of the larger regionals, but if you were shopping for travel insurance, this would still be a far better way to spend your time.

Brewery tours are for the novitiates – we who’ve been aware of the “craft brew” scene since the early 80’d have done that many times w/various sizes of the “crafters”. I’ve never done a “macro”, so touring Bud &/or Coors would expand my knowledge base (as I ignore the hype). All I want from “new to me” craft brew(erie/pub)s is to taste the products that appeal to me style-wise (no wheat/overly sour).
As a U of MD grad (1972), I’m surprised & somewhat appalled that Terrapin Brewing is in GA. Its founder’s forgiven if (s)he’s a U of MD graduate; otherwise, shame on someone for letting that person be the one to establish the Terrapin brand 🙂
