It’s #81 in a series entitled “Home Life in America,” also known as the Beer Belongs series of ads that the United States Brewers Foundation ran from 1945 to 1956. In this ad, which looks more impressionist than previous ones, several couples are enjoying the first decently warm day of spring. Still wearing jackets and long sleeves, they’ve got lots of beer to keep them warm.
