Today may or may not — and probably isn’t — the 55th birthday of Don Tse, who has been ducking my inquiries into such birthdate for some time now. But he recently revealed it was this week, and that he was younger than me (which is a safe bet for most people at this point) and in his “mid-fifties.” Don is a Canadian beer writer who writes for Forbes, Good Beer Hunting and All About Beer, among others. With his nickname, “The Don of Beer,” which is also his website, you can find out much more about Don, including his love of puns.
