Wednesday’s ad is for Whitbread, from 1934. I love the odd furtive glances on the faces of the three people in the ad. Their facial expressions are priceless. What could they be thinking?

    The lady is “on the make” for sure. Seated guy is trying his best to seduce her; standing guy is hoping seated guy fails or is willing to be part of a menage a trois 🙂
