I feel sorry for Peace Corps workers there, unless they have the “privileges” mentioned in the article, have come to terms w/”underground” alcohol, or partake of a little ganja now & then to chill out.
Talk about a part of the world unfit for normal human habitation 24/7! The climate’s barely miserable at best; no cold beer available would be intolerable.
