Beer In Ads #3747: Rainier Beer An American Product For Lovers Of Quality

June 4, 2021 By Jay Brooks

Friday’s ad is for “Rainier Beer,” from the 1890s, I think, although may it was just before World War I. This poster was made for the Seattle Brewing & Malting Co., who made Rainier Beer, and was later known as the Rainier Brewing Company of Seattle, Washington. This one shows Lady Liberty holding an American shield with a bottle of Rainier Beer on it.
