From the late 1800s until the 1950s, poster art really came into its own, and in Europe a lot of really cool posters, many of them for breweries, were produced. This poster is for Bier seit Jahrtausenden!, which translates as Beer for Millenia! I don’t know who commissioned the poster or what its purpose was, but it’s pretty cool. This poster was created by Swiss designers Jäggi Rita and Wüthrich Urs.
